Governance

Even the best run organization benefits from a periodic assessment of its governance structure and performance.  Governance is the set of processes, customs and policies that characterize how an organization operates. It encompasses the goals of the organization and its interactions.  We can strengthen your organization’s governance by analyzing the vision, policies, interactions, internal controls, transparency and agility of the whole and its parts. We leave you with a set of well supported and actionable recommendations.
